| your license can result in your license being suspended for 5 years, with a minimum 1-year waiting (no driving) period before you can apply for a hardship permit. If you are charged with driving while on HTO status, you may be charged with a felony, which can result in jail/prison time and becoming a convicted felon. If you have been designated HTO, consult an attorney regarding your options to possibly reverse/undo the HTO suspension. |
